This Guarantee applies only to equipment purchased directly from CopiersExpress.Com that has been continually maintained by CopiersExpress.Com under an MPS Agreement. This Guarantee will be effective for a period of 3 years from the date of installation. Prior to exercising your Total Satisfaction Guarantee, CopiersExpress.Com must be given the right to correct any performance problems and, if unable to do so to your 100% satisfaction, will co-ordinate directly with you in selecting the proper replacement model. **
